When will my order arrive?

We are currently a made-to-order business. This means that we make our products as soon as they are purchased. Our sustainable business model ensures that no products or materials go to waste by producing an excess amount of products. Depending on which day you order, it can take around 1-5 business days to ship your order. 

How do I return a purchase?

Currently, all sales are final as your orders are produced once it is placed on our website. However, if there is a problem with your order please contact support and we will help you to the best of our ability.

How does your product sizing work?

We have implemented size charts for all of our clothing products on our store. Some of the sizing may vary depending on the specific make of the shirt, hoodie, or other item you are viewing. However, if you prefer a more snug or slim fit, you should order your regular size. Of you prefer a regular looser fit, then you should order a size up. This rule of thumb applies to most products, however, please reference the size chart to get the exact measurements for each product.  

I ordered multiple products but only received one, will I receive the others?

Don’t worry! Many times items will be shipped separately, please check the tracking numbers you have received but if there are any issues, feel free to contact our support! 

Can I hire you for graphic design services?
